AWEN lands at Onyx on April 18th.
A voice that’s been turning heads from the outset - through standout collaborations with Adam Port and DJEFF - AWEN has carved out a sound that feels both deeply rooted and globally resonant.
Drawing on the griot tradition, her music carries a sense of lineage and storytelling - where songs become vessels for memory, meaning and connection. “In my family, music was the way wisdom and values were passed down,” she says.

Entry policy
Admission 18+ only. Valid physical photo ID is required - no exceptions! Passports Full and Provisional Driving Licences, ID cards, Citizen cards are accepted - No BRP cards or e-visas.
